TimeVic (“TimeVic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a time tracking and work management service that helps freelancers, developers, and small teams track work hours, organize clients and projects, record payments, and understand earned, paid, and outstanding income.

This information is used to provide the core TimeVic functionality: tracking time, calculating earned amounts, showing paid and unpaid balances, and generating reports.

Google Account Data

If you sign in with Google, TimeVic may receive basic Google account information, depending on the permissions you approve, such as:

  • Google account ID
  • Email address
  • Name
  • Profile picture

We use this information only to authenticate you, create or access your TimeVic account, and display your profile information inside the application.

TimeVic does not use Google user data for advertising. TimeVic does not sell Google user data.

TimeVic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Technical and Usage Data

We may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as:

  • Device and operating system information
